Refunds & Returns

If you need to return some Lally Juice or some of our Lally Juice has got damaged in transport then we’ll do our best to rectify any issues.

After purchase you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to return any Lally Juice. You will need to notify us at info@lallyjuice.com within this period of your intention to return a Lally Juice product.

In the event of receiving damaged goods from our haulier, if the product is broken or has leaked, you can refuse signing for it. Subsequently if you open the parcel and find that the product is damaged or has leaked then you will need to provide photographic evidence by emailing at info@lallyjuice.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

We will assist in issuing a refund or replacement the damaged items free of charge!

If returning your product back to us, you must make sure products have not been opened.  You may wish you reuse the outer packaging to send us back the drinks in. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to send back the Lally Juice.

Once your package is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the returned Lally Juice. We would only reject a refund if the cans are received in an unsaleable condition.

Please quote your order number in all communications.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever up to 14 days after the day you receive it. You will need to notify us at info@lallyjuice.com about your intention to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched before you inform us, you may refuse to accept delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to Lally Group, PO Box 880, Bedford MK45 9FU.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
